Julie Coleman

Julie Coleman, President and Principal Designer of District Design, specializes in creating designs that are clean, elegant and timeless. She attended Southwest Florida College while working for a private architectural firm in Downtown Naples before starting her own company. Now in business for 15 years, District Design has been creating innovative residential interiors in Naples Florida, Deer Valley Utah and Houston Texas. Through District Design Julie has transformed concepts into uncomplicated finished projects using a variety of design styles.

Working with the latest materials and innovative trends, Julie has honed her skills as a designer focused on integrating cutting edge into Modern residential projects. With an appreciation for artistic expression, Julie believes Modern style provides the greatest flexibility for advancing technologies and innovative, functional design. District Design combines classic contemporary furnishings with custom, hand-made pieces and a color palette that provides a welcoming natural environment.

Drawn to the simplicity of nature, Julie finds inspiration in the ocean and its myriad of colors, shells, corals, sky, and sand.  Tranquility and Balance.

Michelle Lemarie

Michelle is project manager and bookkeeper for District Design, and she ensures that all aspects of a client’s project are progressing smoothly and as planned. Michelle serves as liaison between the client and other parties, and is the “go-to” person that schedules meetings, coordinates selections, arranges installations and more. This makes the client’s design project experience seamless, pleasant and rewarding. Michelle hails from the restaurant industry and is right at home in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. District Design’s commitment to client satisfaction is evident in their ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
